REIKI

I started practicing Reiki professionally as a level 2 healer in August 2018. I hire a studio space off Abbeydale Road in Sheffield, and am fully insured for your peace of mind,

The type of Reiki I practice is the Usui System of Natural Healing, and originated in Japan in the 1920s. It involves both hands-on and hands-off healing.

As time has gone by, chakra balancing has became a core aspect of Reiki. The aim is to channel energy to balance all seven chakras, for an individual’s best mental, physical and spiritual well-being.
