Welcome to Now Zen! 

My name is Phoebe Seymour and I’m a Tarot Reader and Reiki Healer based in Sheffield, UK. Now Zen was launched in 2018 and combines relaxing, spiritual and often Eastern-influenced practices, with a friendly and down-to-earth, Yorkshire approach.

Tarot reading for me, is an intuitive counseling tool that I use to help empower my clients to reflect on situations and make the best decisions to shape their futures. Reiki can also highlight areas of my clients' lives that may need work, but is mainly a chance to relax and restore balance to their minds, bodies and spirits.
