Welcome to Now Zen! 

 

My name is Phoebe Seymour and I’m a Tarot Reader, Reiki Therapist and Clinical Reflexologist based near Nether Edge and Millhouses in south Sheffield, UK.

 

Now Zen was launched in 2018 and combines relaxing, spiritual and Eastern-influenced practices, with a friendly and down-to-earth, Yorkshire approach.

Tarot reading is an intuitive counselling tool that I use to help empower my clients to reflect on situations and make the best decisions to shape their future. Reiki is an energetic therapy that can highlight blockages in a clients' life and is a chance to relax and restore balance to their minds, bodies and spirits. Reflexology takes a more clinical approach to mental and physical health conditions, but is also a very relaxing experience and a chance to have some quality you time!
